To remove the door, open it fully, lift up, and tilt it outwards. To remove the roller, unscrew the mounting screw. If there's a second mounting screw, you might need to carefully tap off the bottom door frame. Replace the roller and reinstall the mounting screws. Put the vinyl 'u' channel back on the glass and tap the bottom frame back in place. Adjust the rollers by turning the adjustment screw at the back of the roller, and if necessary, adjust the lock keeper.
- Remove Door: Open Fully, Lift, Tilt Out
- Remove Roller: Unscrew, Replace, Reassemble
- Adjust Rollers: Tighten Screw, Align Handle
