Bridgestone Battlecross X31 Soft/Intermediate Terrain Tire

The Bridgestone Battlecross X31 is for a broader range of intermediate terrain in big bike sizes. Starting where the X30 left off, the X31 is enhanced with Bunker Groove technology which works by improving casing flex for enhanced traction in harder terrain and adds biting edges for traction in softer conditions.

• Asymmetric block pattern for the rear tire leads to improved traction performance and together with a lower block ratio an increased working range.
• Implementation of the Castle Block Technology on the shoulder blocks of the front tire and all the blocks on the rear tire results in an extra edge effect. This provides higher cornering grip and traction on different types of terrain.
• After redesigning the bunker groove Bridgestone was able to increase the contact touch, enhance bite feel and increase grip and traction. The bunker groove also lowers tread rigidity for optimal stability.
• Cooling fins create air flow through the sidewall protrusions. Because of this the X31 benefits from an enhanced cooling effect of the tire surface, less tire degradation and a consistent performance throughout the life of the tire.
